So thankful to have had the opportunity to make the decision to stop! The chile relleno was delicious and not the typical stuffed bell pepper many “Mexican “ restaurants have. The salsa was fresh and was mild enough for my three year old granddaughter to enjoy. The enchiladas hit a home run and all the food we had this evening brought several memories of my Mexico. ¡Que autentico! ¡Que sabrosura! Hubby ate so many of the fresh, hot nachos, that within two bites of his dinner, he was full!! I had the Chicken (so delicate with a flavorfull, light cheese sauce) and Mushrooms (robust and juicy). With the first bite, I said, "They really ought to take the shackles off of whoever's Mama and let her outta the kitchen", because it doesn't get any closer to genuine than this!!!
